Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the beds unmade. Do NOT strip the sheets/coverlets.
Empty all the trash and place in outside bins (trash pickup Monday and Thursday, recycle pickup Thursdays)
Please make sure all beach equipment is cleaned off and placed back in the garage.
Please put all pool umbrellas down and put outdoor game equipment back in game closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
