Perfect house for large group

This four bedroom house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked and had wonderful appliances. Dual thermostats, one for the main living area and another for the master bedroom gave us flexibility for our family that wanted a warmer temp!George (host) was quick to answer with questions before and during our stay. We would choose this house again for a stay in Sarasota

Fabulous house with a great location.

This house is better in person than online. The 4 bedrooms are all good size and the 3 full bathrooms make it perfect for an extended family vacation. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for privacy and to spread out. The outdoor patio is large and has a comfortable table and chairs set up. There's also plenty of beach chairs and beach towels available.The bathrooms have plenty of lightening and are stocked with a generous amount of bath products, paper products and towels.We didn't cook, because we had already made other plans, but the kitchen has everything you need to cook including a variety of pots and pans, cutting boards, and just about any item you would have at home such as garlic press or a shredder. There were enough dishes and glass for everyone, as well as a space at the dining room table.The location is only 10-15 minutes from the Sarasota downtown area which was super convenient. It's also close to the Arena/Fairgrounds and Siesta Key beach area.This was the best situated and stocked house I've rented and honestly didn't need to bring the extra supplies that I brought from home. When I booked it I thought it was reasonably priced compared to other properties in the area, but after I stayed, I think it's a much better experience and value.The host was nice and very responsive. I can't wait to stay again!
