Relax here, on the Lake or in the screen porch.

It's a beautiful cabin tucked into a wilderness setting, of peaceful woods and water on a dead end road with little traffic. Our guests come back for the peace and quiet. And the amazing screen porch overlooking the lake. You'll feel like your living outside, but with all the modern amities. What more can you ask for...

The lake is clean with great swimming/fishing, the shoreline is loaded with the purple pickerel plant. The cabin features many unique characteristics that give it a personal welcoming charm. Inside, there are two bedrooms; one upstairs with a queen and one downstairs that is a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. The cabin is fully furnished, 2 couches, rustic pine chair, coffee tables, end tables, etc... The kitchen is well supplied; plenty of large and small appliances and all the utensils you need. and yes, wine glasses and copper mule cups too!. There are lots of games and books here. The best room in the house is the lakeside screened in porch. You'll enjoy your morning coffee, mid-day nap, and evening sunsets here.

Outside, there are two fire pits here, one lakeside and the other up by the cabin, for those of you that need a calming campfire while you stay. Don't worry about firewood it's here. Want to barbecue, you can use gas or charcoal here(bring your own charcoal). There is a fish cleaning house located on the property as well. The kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and paddle boards are all included!
All the good stuff is here, you'll think you died and went to heaven.

Fabulous Weekend Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful lakefront property. We spent tons of time fishing and enjoying the water. The house itself was a bit rustic, which is exactly what we were loking for. We woukd definitely go back.

Lovely stay at Reverie

We had the most relaxing time at Reverie in Comstock on Long Lake. The hosts had everything we could possibly need. We loved relaxing on the screened in porch and taking the pontoon out for some evening fishing. The beds were comfortable, as was all the furniture in the cabin. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Relaxing place on Long Lake

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Long Lake. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The screened porch was our favorite place for hanging out and playing games. We made good use of the lake and all the toys. We were lucky and weather was great for most of our stay. The nearby towns were fun to explore as well. Tjis trip is just what we.needed.

Actual family vacation

This is our third year staying at this cabin- and this is the only family vacation we take that truly feels like a vacation! A week of a slowed down life with our kids with a beautiful lake out the back door. We spent the week fishing, out on the water, and enjoying the screened in porch. The amenities make it a comfortable stay, especially with the washer dryer access for our family. Thank you again for another amazing stay!

We loved Reverie cabin— we celebrated New Years weekend there & even tho it was so cold outside it was warm & cozy in the cabin!! The gas wood stove was perfect!! Beds were comfortable & we look forward to coming back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake & the screened in porch!!

Great family getaway

Our family of five (including our pooch) really enjoyed relaxing in this peaceful lakefront cabin. The screened in-patio was a favorite place for enjoying coffee, reading a book, taking a nap and listening to the loons. Matt was very responsive to any needs and super helpful. Highly recommend this getaway location.

Lovely home and lake

We love Long Lake. This is the third home that we’ve rented on this lake and it was among the best. The kitchen is well-appointed, the water quality in the house is great and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and we rented the Pontoon boat. We will definitely stay here again.

Life on the porch

This was our 3rd time here. We always go during the week when action around the lake is quiet. Kayaking was so peaceful! The cabin has everything we need for us & our 2 young adult kids. Our favorite thing is taking our coffee or other beverage and a book out into the screened porch and rocking in the chairs. We love hanging out there enjoying all the sights & sounds of nature without the usual Wisconsin summer bugs. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable inside or out!

Great place

What a great place to gather and spend some time on the lake. We caught enough fish for dinner one night, and we enjoyed using the kayaks, and paddleboards. The screened in porch is SO LOVELY, and we enjoyed conversations, and just hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with what ever we needed to prepare food & drinks. Thanks to Matthew for the prompt response to our inquires! Highly recommend!!

Family Getaway

The cabin was great for our family of 4. We enjoyed the outdoor space - swimming, kayaking, and paddle boards. The screened in porch was a nice addition to our morning and evenings. We left the cabin once for dinner, otherwise we cooked all of our meals onsite and never had any problems with needing supplies, etc. The neighbors to the left are visible from the cabin but it was never a issue. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great family get away

We had a great time with the family. My husband, our 3 adult sons and our dog. We celebrated 2 birthdays it was awesome. Property was wonderful. They had everything you would need in the kitchen. Enjoyed the boat. It is older but runs fantastic. We paddle boarded, fished. Matt is great will answer your questions quickly. Great to deal with. Its a nice place to make memories with your family.

Fun Long Weekend

We enjoyed our stay! Screened in porch is a great space. We love the small, quiet lake. A cleaner “beach” area would be a great addition to the experience if we had to recommend something to improve on. We did love the opportunity to use the water toys so we didn’t have to rent or bring our own. We tried paddle boarding for the first time and we loved it! Fishing was good, especially in the evening hours. We also are very thankful for places that allow us to bring the furry members of the family!! Overall it was a nice relaxing weekend and a great place to getaway.

This is a peaceful quiet and fun get away.

We had a great time. This is a very clean and cozy cabin. Even though your only an hour and 20 minutes from the cities it feels like your way up north. Just about everything is provided which makes it very easy to pack and go. Love the paddle boards and the kayaks too. This cozy cabin will always hold a special place in our hearts because our Son asked his girlfriend to marry him while we were on vacation there. We definitely plan on returning for many more memories. Renee C

Amazing screened in deck-worth the stay!!!!!

Had a great time at Matt’s cabin. Easy entry, very clean and awesome screened in deck. Rained several times throughout the weekend but the games and movies kept us entertained. The lake toys are a bonus. One thing that surprised us though was the pontoon. Looked nothing like the pictures that were on the site. With that said, it worked great and was nice to have. Bring folding chairs as they were nice to have on the pontoon for extra seating. Overall, great place.

What more could you want!

We live on a lake, so why would we choose to vacation to a different lake? Because it's awesome! Peaceful, beautiful, great fishing, calm water to kayak, paddle board, pontoon, and swim. It has everything including a gorgeous and spacious place to stay. My 62 year old mother, 5 month old baby, husband and myself had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. In addition to a great family stay, it would make a perfect place to have girls (or boys) wknd. With a remote and quiet place this sweet it's hard to imagine being only an hour and a half from everywhere. The amenities and toys all work great. Very warm and relaxing. Thanks for making this place available to rent and we hope to be back again this Fall :)

Why they chose this property

It's quite, peaceful, calm, and so easy to relax. It's not too big and it's not too small. You'll spend precious time with family, friends and mother nature and "getting lost". The seasons make it so special as well! It to hard to have a favorite season here!. We live in this area and want to share the beauty with you all. This is truly a vacation destination.

What makes this property unique

The fishing. The quietness. The screened in porch in the morning or the evening. The lake is big enough for pontoons and some tubing but not for skiing. During the week you'll feel like you'll have the lake to yourself! It's quite here.
