Walk out the back door, past the pool and you'll be on beautiful Sand Key Beach. When done walking the beach, you will love listening to the waves from the screened balcony and looking for the dolphins to swim by! The condo has everything you need from linens to dishes and more … just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! Monthly short term rentals electric, cable and Wi-Fi. One reserved covered parking spot under the building. Plenty of guest parking. Full size coin washer and dryer directly across the hall. Sorry NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Outstanding restaurants, shops across the street. Catch the trolley out front.
