We love the Florida east coast beaches! Melbourne Beach is very relaxed environment however for those who love the city life, it’s not far off the island

Quiet, peaceful, no crime and we love the east beaches
What makes this property unique
Located on the barrier island in Melbourne Beach, secluded, perfect layout a 2/2.5 master end suite with 1/2 bath in hallway for guests plus 1-car garage. Beach has private access and private River dock with tennis court and heated pool.
