The newly renovated Sea Owl suite is one of three units we call Serenity Beach on quaint beachfront property, depending on the size of your group and availability it is possible to book 1, 2, or 3 units. (each individually listed:114158 and 1801670) . The Sea Owl unit has the "Old Florida" vintage style with modern furnishings.
This beautiful, quiet 2 bedroom and new bathroom beachfront suite has everything you need for romantic weekend, a perfect family vacation or warm retreat from winter. Only steps away from the warm sand, ocean and the sea turtles, this property has a backyard and deck with your own private beach. "Serenity Beach" is situated on a half-acre in a very quiet and secluded spot in Melbourne Beach.
Start your morning with a great breakfast in fully equipped kitchen with the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean sunrise and spend the days relaxing by the sea or surfing. Sip your coffee or favorite beverage as you relax to the sounds of the ocean waves and pelicans flying over head.
"Serenity Beach" located in the heart of Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge. Every year these beaches are nesting grounds for thousands of loggerhead, green, and leatherback turtles. It is one of the few places in the world where all three species lay their eggs. There are more than 140 species of birds, the refuge is a stopover for many migratory birds. From the deck spot amazing sea-life like dolphins, tarpon, and whales.
This location is amazing with nature all around and yet you are less than 2 hours from all the Orlando theme parks, 35 miles to Kennedy Space Center, and 30 miles to cruise ship center at Port Canaveral. Florida Tech is nearby college and we love hosting their families when they come to visit. Publix supermarket is 2 miles away and there are plenty restaurants, bars, shops, surf shops, boat rentals, state parks, golf, tennis and bike shops all with in 15 minutes drive.
The backyard has a great paver pathway and patio with tiki hut with outdoor dining with expansive ocean views. We also have a tiki hut, charcoal and gas bbq grills. Relax sipping your favorite drink, while listening to the sounds of the waves.
We use CDC guidelines to ready and disinfect the suite with special attention to high touch areas like door knobs, counter tops, light switches and chairs. We also have antiviral and antibacterial disinfectants like Lysol under the sink for your personal use during your stay. In addition we utilize self check in and check out with no
person-to-person contact.
We are dog friendly and love traveling with our dogs also. We allow dogs for $100 fee up to 2 dogs. Always use a leash, pick up, respect neighbors. County ordinance does not allow dogs on the beach.
