Nestled on the second floor, this beautifully appointed condo offers a serene retreat with an expansive balcony perfect for sunsets and relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility of being just a short walk from the beach and only 10 minutes away from the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings. There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved. * No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed. Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

The communication with our host was excellent; quick responses. The bathrooms and kitchen are not updated, but they were in decent condition. It was an easy walk to the beach and the heated community pool and hot tub were very nice to have available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Escape to Paradise! The unit was very clean and the decor was super cute. The beds are comfortable and it was so nice to wake up to an ocean sunrise view! Would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to the beach was awesome. They had four beach chairs, which was great. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower was nice. Messages to the property manager were quickly responded to. The downsides, there was a roach in the home, it was musty smelling, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain, there was no extra toilet paper, and the bathroom soap dispenser was empty, however, the property manager did have someone come drop those off. One exterior light was out, all windows were filthy. There was no dish soap to wash dishes by hand, and there were no typical things like a throw blanket for the couch, a box of tissues, etc. furniture is all in need of being updated.
