Wonderful villa in a wonderful location!

After multiple trips to Hilton Head, this is the best place we have stayed! The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect! Shipyard is such a beautiful place! Very easy, fast, and scenic walk to the beach. The beach locker made everything so convenient! It was nice not having to carry everything to the beach, especially with kids. In the locker there were chairs, and plenty of toys and boogie boards for the kids. The owner is so sweet and easily reachable! We would love to stay here again!

January Retreat

We enjoyed a relaxing month on Hilton Head in your wonderful villa. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed daily long walks on the beach as well as many bike rides throughout Shipyard and beyond. This was a perfect January getaway from the winter weather “up north.”

Wonderful Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable. I enjoyed coffee on the wonderful deck outside each morning. Comfortable beds and recliners. Conveniently close to the beach (their 8 minute walk estimate is accurate!). Being able to use their chairs and beach locker was a plus! We will definitely be coming back.

A Hilton Head gem!

Cant say much more than all of the other outstanding reviews, but the property was perfect and close to everything you need! First-timer to HHI and we are definitely going to return to Jo’s villa. She’s the perfect host who helped us right to the end when we experienced transportation issues. Thanks for making our vac a memorable one!

Mom's 90th surprise birthday party

We had the grandkids, great grandkids, cousins, BFFs, daughters, sons in law, for Mom's 90th. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate us all for dinner every night. The kitchen was very well stocked to make those dinners. It was really wonderful.

If we could have picked up this villa and taken it on every trip with us it would be great! It’s a beautifully decorated villa, super clean, perfect amount of space with comfortable furniture. Short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants close by. Jo was super quick to respond to questions. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful

We could not be happier with our stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need and then some and feels like home. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with 2 young children, the pool was wonderful, and we loved biking around on the bike paths. The owner was very sweet and easy to talk to. We will be back for sure!

My mom, the owner, has spent much of her life helping operate our family's large grain farm in Ohio. She has always loved to travel and experience new places, and over the years she planned of owning a special place where family, friends, and guests could enjoy making vacation memories of their own. When she discovered Hilton Head Island and the beauty of the Shipyard community, she knew she had found that special place.
As the years have gone by, it has become my privilege to manage the villa for her. I enjoy taking care of every detail and treating each guest the way I would want my own family to be treated. My goal is for every guest to arrive to a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home where they can simply relax and enjoy their vacation.
Because we're a family-owned property—not a large management company—we take great pride in offering personal service. I'm always happy to answer questions before your trip, provide recommendations for restaurants, activities, golf, biking, or local favorites, and help in any way I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Nothing brings us more joy than hearing that families celebrated an anniversary, watched their children build sandcastles, introduced grandchildren to the ocean for the first time, or simply found a peaceful place to reconnect. Those are the memories we hoped this villa would help create.

One of our favorite features is the private, shaded walk to the beach. In about 8 minutes, you'll find yourself enjoying miles of wide, beautiful Atlantic shoreline. We also provide access to our private beach locker stocked with beach chairs, making your beach days even more convenient.
If you enjoy biking or walking, you'll love the miles of paved leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard. One of our guests' favorite features is our private beach locker, stocked with four beach chairs, so you don't have to carry bulky equipment back and forth. We also provide beach towels and a selection of beach toys, making packing easier for families.
Inside, you'll find comfortable furnishings, including La-Z-Boy recliners, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and board games for family fun.
