Why they chose this property
This totally secluded property is just a stone throw from the main highway E17, and close to the upscale towns of Waregem, Kortrijk and Ghent with its shopping areas and quaint restaurants.
What makes this property unique
An almost private road of 1.5 km long, most of which untapped, meanders through the cow pasture, fields and woods, into an open area in the middle of the Spitael woods. Our house has an electric gate giving access to 3 hectares of green open fields, at the back of which the house is tucked away by the pine tree line.
