Comfortable open space for families!
We had a great visit that was surprisingly even better than we had expected! The condo was very lovely and clean. Having two private bedrooms with space in the master to set up a pack and play without compromising walkways, was a huge bonus! The grounds were nice and the pools were great with lots of seating. We would have appreciated more shaded areas on the pool deck though. It’s was great having the pool and beach access right on site. The front desk support personnel were 50/50, depending on the person, they weren’t always helpful and customer service focused, IMO. Rose was quick to respond to my questions before, during and after our stay. The only negatives would be the coffee makers were wonky and maybe even broken all together, idk (we couldn’t get them working correctly or at all)!! The television remotes weren’t working and maybe needed new batteries. I would have appreciated some better cookware/utensils with better organization but we made due. I’d also recommend adding some additional kitchen towels for longer stays and cooking spices. Finally, I’d add a door mat in the entry to wipe off shoes and feet so sand doesn’t track into the condo. We would stay here again and I know Rose will be all over the suggestions we provided her to make this a definite home away from home! Thank you!
