I grew up just next door in Essex and have always wanted to buy and live in Colchester—there’s just something special about being so close to the lake. 983 Holy Cross Rd is in one of my favorite spots, just minutes from the beaches and the beautiful Causeway Bike Path. Whether it's kayaking on Lake Champlain, catching a sunset at Airport Park, or enjoying a nostalgic night at the Sunset Drive-In, this area has so much to offer. What I love most is how it balances peaceful, small-town charm with easy access to Burlington’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It’s the best of both worlds!
