The house was much nicer than the listing showed. Great location with plenty of parking. Host was very responsive and helpful. Was perfect for our reunion of 5 UVM ladies who graduated in 1971! Outdoor seating area was so nice to have with wonderful weather. Highly recommend this property.

Joe’s place was a great find to fit the whole family while being in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed! Communication was excellent. Just a note- two of the bedrooms are not private, one with an open doorway and one that both back bedroom guests need to walk through to get downstairs or to the bathroom. We had a tight family group where this was not an issue. A few things could use some TLC, but we would certainly stay again!
