Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience. Vrbo and host both gave two different stories as to why booking was cancelled. I was left stranded with my 98 year old grandmother and family members. Worst day ever. I’m still trying to comprehend what happened as I have all our booking confirmations.
