INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Great location! It was the perfect space to accommodate a large family. The golf cart and bikes were great amenities. We loved staying here and it’s a short commute to Rosemary beach which is beautiful.

Beautiful property very close to the beach. You can walk golf cart or ride your bikes. Also very close to 30 a shopping Rosemary Beach, etc. But without the busyness of 38. Would highly recommend.

We stayed Sunday–Friday with our family (six adults) and overall had a good experience with a few areas for improvement.The biggest highlight is the location—being so close to Rosemary Beach made it easy to access restaurants, shops, and activities without needing to drive much. The home is spacious and well set up for larger groups, with plenty of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms, which made it comfortable for everyone.Communication with the management team was responsive, and check-in was smooth.During our stay, we did experience a few maintenance issues. The HVAC on the upper floors was out for part of the trip and required multiple visits before being resolved. There were also a few smaller items that could use attention, including a dishwasher that needed a way past due deep cleaning, an dirty air filter that appeared due for replacement, and some appliances (stovetop and washer/dryer) that felt dated and harder to use.While everything looked clean initially, those details impacted the overall impression.Overall, the home’s location and capacity make it a good choice for groups, but a few maintenance and appliance updates would go a long way toward matching the price.

Overall, the property was great as far as size and layout. It is convenient to the community pool. It is a short golf cart ride to the beach but you do have to cross busy Hwy 98 to get to it. The main TV did not work and that was communicated to us up front but because of issues with the owner purchasing a home warranty on the TV, it could not be replaced while we were there so that was frustrating. Lots of things could have made the stay better and those will be made aware to the management company. Communication with the property manager was great and they checked in with us. There were able to provide a partial refund because of the TV issues.
