The host was pleasant and accommodating. The house was very clean, quaint, and organized. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped. We were able to fit all 10 of us in the kitchen at the same time. We loved the kitchen pantry off to the side for storing all the snacks and drinks. The location was close enough to Sunday River. The master bedroom was light and grand. When looking at the pics during booking we originally thought the living room would be too small to fit us all but we all fit comfortably watching movies and playing games. It was well worth it's value.
