We were there for my granddaughters wedding. It was beautiful and liked that the circle was just a short walk away! Condo was nice and beds were comfortable. Also liked the communication from reservation to checking out.

This rental is right off the circle. It is easy to get around, many shops, cafes and restaurants just steps away. The beach is a short walk with easy access to all the beach amenities at the Lido Beach public facilities. The space is clean and comfortable and provided all we needed for our party of four.

Location, private and quiet.

Well maintain grounds and unit. 6 minute walk to beautiful lido beach and all the shops and restaurants are outside your door. After Easter is a very quiet time. This is our second time staying at this complex...you will not be disappointed.

Ocean and ice cream!

This is the second year renting this quiet beautifully decorated unit. The complex is friendly with lush ground and a heated pool. The beach is a 6 minute walk. The circle is around the corner with our favorite restaurants and Olaf's homemade ice cream! What's not to love?

Location! Location! Location!

Everything was listed properly. This clean, quiet, condo has a very clean pool area. The condo is 465 feet from St. Armand's Circle. We were walking distance to Lido Key Beach. You do not need a car to get around. Everything is within walking distance. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

You cannot go wrong with Sarasota beach vacation rentals. The condo was as it was represented and the staff was attentive and checked on us to make sure everything was in order. The cable is basic (unless we did not know how to operate it, which could be the case) But TV is certainly not why you come to Sarasota anyhow. Lovely time in this spacious condo and so accessible to everything. We HIGHLY recommend this company as they are honest, professional and personable ! We will be back !!! Jack and Sandy Morgan

Our little family has been coming to lido Beach Sarasota area for years. It's a quieter beach but that's our preference but still pristine white sands. Beautiful water. Very clean. Parking and beach access is much easier than siesta Key. I was delighted to see that the property had some updates when I arrived at the condo. Furniture changes, paint color changes. Very nice additions and much needed changes. It's a great quiet place to stay this time of year. The property is always very clean. You can't beat the access to Saint armands. Very helpful. Staff will stay again

Loved the condo and location

A friend and I stayed at this spacious, quiet 2nd floor condo May 11-18, 2025. Everything was great, no complaints. Easy access with keypad upon arrival and good communication with management. Pictures are accurate, VERY clean and comfortable. I wish I would have used the heated pool more; it was wonderful and the water temperature was perfect. Easy access, a couple of blocks, to the beautiful beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are available at the condo if you want to use them. Saint Armands with many shops and restaurants is around the corner. I recommend the Columbia Restaurant, very good food (but more expensive than some other places.) They had the best Key Lime Pie. We rarely drove anywhere, one time to Publix grocery store on Longboat Key and another time to Siesta Key to take a dolphin tour. We were fortunate to have great weather, low to mid 80’s during the day (humid of course) and 70’s at night. Construction continues on the first floor condos in this complex.

Great location but this visit lacked attention

We have visited this property many times over the years as always we love the location proximity to St Armands and Lido Beach which is important to us. Unfortunately this most recent visit presented missteps. 1. 1st day - AC was not working although quickly rectified it is managed remotely therefore the occupants cannot adjust the AC on their own so we froze at night and were moderately comfortable during the day. Occupants need to be able.to adjust the a/c according to their needs. 2. Majority of the beach equipment in the equipment closet is worn and broken; one working umbrella and two nice chairs the rest of the equipment should be discarded. 3. It is customary for vacation rentals to offer full size toiletries for their guest - NOT tiny starter kits 4. Lighting in the condo should be updated: several lamps didn't have bulbs. 5. Better pillows must be offered; ours were flat and tired. 6. This visit the spa and pool were dirty during majority of our visit. Pool cleaning service should be more frequent when more guests/residents are present.

Hi Jamie, I am sorry there were issues during your stay. Sorry for my confusion but you are able to adjust the AC. There is a thermostat by the kitchen where you can adjust the temp to your liking. I believe this may have been user error. We do supply a starter kit for guests as a courtesy. We will make sure the check the beach items, pillows, and light bulbs. Sorry we missed these items.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The location was fantastic! One can walk to everything .

The price was very reasonable, the furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Everything that we needed was available. The swimming pool and grounds were well maintained. Booking, paying and receiving information regarding check were easy. We had a couple of minor issues and when we contacted the number provided, we received immediate helpful responses. We couldn't have asked for more.
