PRIVATE unit with new furniture/appliances in a nicely maintained multifamily/duplex. 2-3 minutes’ drive to freeways: 101, 880, and 680. Rental bikes, fast food, grocery and laundromat within 3 minutes walk. Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
