Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.
Additional Fees & Optional Protection (Please Read Before Booking) To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply: • Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking. • Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book. • Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.

For all bookings over 2 weeks, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to replenish essentials and ensure a fresh, comfortable environment. The cost is the same as the initial cleaning fee, ensuring your stay remains comfortable from start to finish.

The location was convenient with many retail businesses nearby. Convenient location to downtown Calgary and easy access to highways beyond the city. Address on 37th Street is loud. Home could use a deep clean, especially the floors. Outside back entrance needs to be cleaned up.
