The Margate Tower is an oceanfront 29 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Margate 1205 was exceptional! The view was amazing, the condo was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we needed. It’s nice to be able to walk to a nice restaurant in one direction or walk to the pier and grab a burger. We went in November so it was extra quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute from the gorgeous sunrise to bedtime.

Great property

We had a great stay at the Margate. This unit in particular was clean and well furnished. The property is safe and amenities are abundant. The staff is friendly, accessible and very helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

amazing place for families with amazing ocean views

We stayed for a week while visiting the great grandparents who live here. Our unit was clean, thoughtfully appointed and we really appreciated all the little touches for the little ones. The unit had everything we needed and the ocean view was AMAZING. The building is on a beautiful property with many natural amenities, walking trails etc. And the location is convenient to all Myrtle has to offer. We will definitely stay again!!! Five stars!!!

Direct oceanfront balcony was great. This unit was clean, and I loved the decorating scheme. Everything you need in the kitchen is already there. The Keurig was a plus. Kingston is convenient to outlet shopping and grocery stores. The only thing I would change about this unit is to put shades or full drapes in the "kids room". There is only a valance, so bring a sleep mask if you don' rise with the sun! Everything else was perfect and I would stay in this unit again. Chanda was super responsive and a pleasure to work with!
