Enjoy your stay in the heart of Emerald Isle! Your stay includes access to a private gated oceanfront parking area with beach access and showers to wash off after a day in the sun! Enjoy a short stroll down to the Sound to watch the sunset from the Cedar Street Park. The park is only a 5 minute walk and has a fishing pier, picnic tables, and Sound access for kayaks, etc. This sound-side home is a very short walk to restaurants & shops along Emerald Drive, and has a flat backyard with firepit! --------------FEATURES: • Exclusive VIP access to Private Beach Parking Lot with outdoor showers • Walking distance to many Restaurants, Cedar Street Pier, shops, playground, Beach, and Sound • Ceiling fans in each bedroom • Central air conditioning • Screened porch with ample seating to enjoy the outdoors • Firepit and outside seating • Parking for several vehicles and a boat • Backyard is flat and private • Plenty of seating: kitchen table seats 8 plus 2 seats at the island • Each bathroom features a vanity sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo with exhaust fans • Walking distance to kayak/canoe put-in and fishing pier • Outdoor gas grill • 2 Roku TVs • Pack and Play and baby gate available • No Stairs! You don’t need to worry about your little ones taking a tumble down a staircase, and they can easily play in the flat backyard • High speed internet • Beach cart available to tote your gear • Washer and dryer on site! --------------------SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, plus other sleeping options! • Bedroom 1 – King bed, Roku TV, large dresser, full length mirror, ample closet, attached en suite bathroom, ceiling fan • Bedroom 2 – King bed, dresser with mirror above, closet, ceiling fan • Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with twin bunk bed above, dresser with mirror above, ample closet, ceiling fan • There is a spare twin mattress that can be used for extra sleeping, plus two couches and a pack and play.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place beach parking fob and laundry room key back on hook in kitchen over oven.
Put away any items used (grill, appliances, baby gate, pack'n'play, etc)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not park in the front yard between the trees and the house - the septic tank is located here. Parking on the grass on the street in front is ok.
Make sure the storm door is not left unlatched where wind can catch it•Keep noise level down, respect neighbors•No pets allowed•Clean dryer lint trap
Only flush toilet paper (house on septic system)•Only use the grill outside away from house, not under screen porch. Return to porch with grill cover.
