The house is always beautiful. This is my third time renting, but the access to the elk River needs to be marked and cleaned up.. The neighbor is not nice. We met him for the first time, but our property was beautiful.

We went thinking there was good access to the river; there was NOT. It was very rough and jungle-like. Nothing like the picture shown. However, the house was wonderful and very well appointed. Would come back again to stay, now that we know the area.

Great place fairly new. 3 full bathrooms nice large bedrooms. Great big walk around deck. Good for stargazing at night. Private access to the river. Make sure you take water shoes for the rocks. There’s also an outdoor shower if needed. The only problem was the well water smelled pretty bad. Not drinkable. Take plenty of drinking water. I wouldn’t even use the washer to wash my clothes. It melt that bad. That’s the only reason I got a four out of five.
