Welcome to Seas The Day, your dream beachfront getaway! Located on the 2nd floor of the exclusive Destin Beach Club, our newly remodeled condo offers stunning Gulf views, modern comforts, and a relaxing coastal vibe.

This beautifully updated space sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunk beds in the hallway—perfect for families or groups. The condo boasts a brand-new kitchen, stylish new bathroom vanities, and a luxurious custom-tiled shower in the primary bathroom. Unwind in the living room with an electric fireplace set in a serene coastal design, ideal for cozy evenings after a day on the beach.

For your entertainment, we provide Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, DVD players, and two Alexa devices for music, news, and more. Plus, for our musically inclined guests, we’ve included a guitar—so you can strum along to the sound of the waves.

With direct beach access, breathtaking sunsets, and all-new finishes, Seas The Day is the perfect destination for your next escape. Book your stay and experience the best of Destin in style!

Other Things To Note:
*Beach Service is not included but you can rent chairs and an umbrella during the months of March-October when it is offered. You would rent them from the office when you arrive. We also provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella inside our unit under the bunks. You are welcome to use them as well during your stay.
*This condo is a smoke free condo. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart after housekeeping has a chance to inspect the unit.

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase The Cancel for Any Reason Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

This property was exactly as pictured. Beautifully updated and no detail was forgotten. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains, storage, hooks, hangers, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed watching the dolphin every morning from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

This was the most gorgeously decorated condo I've ever been in! So serene and comfortable, with all the amenities and supplies you could want. Great furniture including extremely comfy king bed, plenty of towels and kitchenware, even some extra food supplies in the fridge. The view is spectacular and it's super easy to get on the beach. And the fireplace was such a cozy touch in the winter! Communication was excellent, check-in and out was easy, and it was a wonderful stay all around! Loved being able to walk down to The Back Porch for meals.

Loved this condo. It was comfortable and convenient to a lot of different areas, and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool or dish you might need. We spent most of our "indoor" time out on the balcony enjoying the views. When you are actually inside, it is very quiet. I loved the ease of getting to the beach. Parking was a breeze. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seas The Day! The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and had that perfect beachy vibe. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was stunning—we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening sunsets out there every day. The new kitchen had everything we needed, and the custom-tiled shower felt like a spa! We also appreciated the little touches, like the electric fireplace, Smart TVs, and even an Alexa to play music while we cooked. Bonus points for the guitar! You can tell the owners really thought of everything to make guests feel welcome. The beach was just steps away, and the complex was quiet and not crowded at all—such a gem in Destin! The unit was very clean and presented just as described and pictured. Communication was thorough and clear. Being on the 2nd floor of a smaller, 3 story building, access to the beach is super quick and easy. Being that it was a busy week, the location directly on top of the pool was a lot. Between 8am and 10pm, it felt like you were literally at the pool with all the families when we sat on the balcony. All in all, it's a great unit, very clean, in a great location, and the owners communicate very well.

We have always taken pride in our rent homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. We began purchasing beach condos in Gulf Shores Alabama in 2018. This is our first Vacation Rental in Destin but our 8th Vacation Rental to Date! We strive to offer the same level of quality and Southern hospitality to our guests! Because there are less condos in this complex it means you will have less people to share the beach with! It's also a very short walk to the water's edge. That means you have less walking through the sand with your beach chairs and umbrellas to start your relaxation! We provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella you can use on the beach. Our private beach also offers Beach Service in front of the condo during the season March-October. You can rent Chairs and Umbrellas from the Front Desk when you arrive and the beach attendant will have them set up for you. Contact the front office for updated pricing information.
