Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout 🍔🔥🌭and a tennis court🎾 (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. It's also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Several things need to be addressed. Starting with the lighting in the guest bedroom. The only lighting is a small lamp. There is no light fixture at all. Room is super dark even during daylight hours. Receptacles in both bathrooms need to be replaced. They will not hold the cord. They continuously come unplugged. The light switches are a little odd also. There is one switch near the front door that turns the TV off. Also you aren’t allowed to use a canopy or tent on the beach. The resorts to the right and left are allowed to use them.

The floors were new but not installed correctly leaving multiple gaps and causing splinters. Internet was unreliable, at best. TV in the master didn’t work. I had to pull out the entertainment center from the wall and plug it in and move it back. Shower curtains were DISGUSTING! I reached out to them to voice my displeasure. They asked if I wanted to handle it or if I wanted them to come out to do it. Really?!? To their credit, they did stop in and replace them. Best thing about the unit was the view of the ocean.

Thank you for this feedback. I checked over our correspondence during your stay and see that we informed you that we had had the condo cleaned and then checked over by a manager so we were very surprised to hear that the shower curtain liners were in bad condition. We immediately said we would send someone over to which you responded "I'll handle it." We never ask guests to replace anything in our properties, and we did come by and swap those out for you to ensure your comfort. We also relayed that Cox had just done some upgrades to the internet/TV systems in the building and unfortunately sometimes that does require a reset of the TVs. That happens even in our own home and is a quick 20 second fix. We would have been happy to do this for you when we were at the condo if you would have allowed. The flooring does not cause any splinters, there is not exposed wood of any kind. We take the satisfaction of our guests VERY seriously and did everything in our power to rectify your concerns immediately. Our 5,000 5 star reviews across all of our properties reflect that.

Could use more silverware in kitchen. Would like umbrellas and tables by pool for shade. Other than that, everything well stocked, beautifully furnished, wifi fast in unit but doesn't work on patio. Chris at BlueWater Rentals extremely fast and helpful to respond to any questions. Had one problem with main bedroom door lock Saturday night. Let her know Sunday am, she responded immediately and had tech out there Sunday early afternoon to repair it. Very impressive service-on a Sunday! We had a great week at a wonderful condo in a great location with outstanding service!

Host was very welcoming, unit was awesome. Only had 1 minor issue with drier vent which was most likely caused by cleaning people. I was amazed at how fast service man was there to take care of it. Building was well maintained, easy access to the beach, unit well stocked with cooking equipment, and most of all loved the view from the balcony on comfortable chairs.

Chris was a great host and very responsive! We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn't come back to this particular condo. The kitchen had an open view from the bar to the living area. However, you had to walk all the way around the kitchen to actually enter the kitchen, which made it difficult to get from the kitchen to the living area. Several tiles on the floor were loose. Several of the blinds were broken and I couldn't open the blinds to let light in and see outside. The view from the balcony was beautiful, but was somewhat obstructed by the condos next to ours. You could see the ocean and pools perfectly, but you couldn't see the sunrise or sunset from the balcony. The overall price we paid for a beachfront condo was worth it. Next time, we will spend a little more to get a better condo.
