Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The hotel was nice, the booking agent lied to us about giving us the second night free and booked us the wrong room, it was supposed to have 2 beds cause we had 4 people and it only had 1 bed and I had to end up sleeping on the floor, worst experience I’ve had with Vrbo because of this booking agent, she lied to me and booked the room under the wrong number and email
