Everything was very easy from booking to stay at villa. Willem andwered everything quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend

Everything thought of to entertain the kids.Lots of equipment in kitchen and plenty of towels which was great. Although attention to detail of cleaning could be better when it comes to dusting especially in bedrooms.Family member also found live Cockroach in cutlery draw which was very off putting and mouse droppings in games room but it is a converted garage so hard to complete seal I suppose.Overall a good stay.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The communication from Anthony was excellent and felt reassured that he was around if we needed him.(we didn't). The villa was very spacious and well equipped with very comfortable beds in every bedroom. Having 4 ensuite bedrooms was perfect for our family. The living area was big enough for all of us to sit together and the large pool area was great. The pool was a little cool and I forgot to add the pool heat but we actually didn't need it as it was ok without for the short periods when we had time to use it. I would recommend pool heat though if staying after October when the weather gets cooler. The location is great for going to the theme parks and easy to pop back for a rest during the day if needed. I would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully be back again soon

An amazing Villa, plenty of space, very clean and beautifully presented with a modern decor. The host Kerri was very responsive to any queries. Great size and depth pool for a morning swim and the spa was very welcome after long days in the parks. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Magnificent villa near to Clermont, the best we have ever stayed at.

The house is exactly as listed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, very grateful for her help and all the extras already in the home- most of necessities catered for so saved us having to buy. Windsor Hills is a well managed and safe feeling community and everyone was very friendly. Only recommendations would be (not a criticism at all) would be for Windsor Hills to have a bar area at main pool as we thought there was one- you buy premixed cocktails from the shop. Also would recommend a shelf in showers of the house for shampoos and stuff and hooks in bathroom areas to hang towels after use. We all really enjoyed the house and pool and all agreed we would definitely stay again!
