***RATES ARE FOR 5 PEOPLE OR MORE--WILL REDUCE FOR 4 OR LESS****Welcome to this lovely spacious house in Englewood in the Grove City District. Fantastic for families, golfers, fishermen and, girls or boys weekend. This adorable property features 4 cozy bedrooms that sleep 2 in each- 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed and a queen murphy bed in the Living room....... Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, one with a relaxing jetted bathtub (no en suite bathroom). A large privacy fenced in back yard with grille, new Hot Springs saltwater hot tub, blue tooth speakers and lounge chairs. A covered deck with seating for 10, a gas firepit and Roku tv. Inside there are 2 arcade games, board games and card games. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with a convection oven. There are 2 living areas, each with a Roku TV's. Each bedroom has a Roku tv, bed, dresser, closet , clock and nightstands and is named after a state we have lived in, extra blankets are in each bedroom closet and extra pillows are in the Alaska, Florida and Maryland room closets. Blow up bed, high chair and pack n play avail upon request. There are baskets in each bathroom with toiletries to get you thru if you forgot something. There is also a corn hole game for the backyard. We also have 2 cameras out side, 1 by the front door and one on the right side of the house facing the driveway.... there is a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, Umbrellas in the pantry and one hanging in the living room by the front door..

Most likely the best rental we have ever stayed in. Amenities were great! Beds comfortable! House clean! Host was very thorough and could tell takes a lot of pride in the property. She had a lot, i mean a lot of niceties such as snacks, teas, coffees, and bathroom toiletries available for our sole use and leisure if needed. Highly recommend. Will stay again next time we return.
