Built in 1916, this large second floor unit has a separate living & dining room, balcony & work station. High speed wifi (up to 1GB). Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch swing. Come experience everything this gentrifying historic district has to offer!

Please note: This property is 1 mile north of downtown. You will see people of all backgrounds, ethnicities and various income levels, including homeless people. While this is a beautiful historic district, with plenty of charm and character, you will not see perfectly manicured lawns like you would in a gated community, suburbs or golf course. With all that being said, Historic Springfield is definitely worth a visit.

No parties allowed. Quiet Hours 10pm- 8am. No Smoking inside, subject to $175 fee.
Street parking only (Driveway belongs to neighbor). No visitors, confirmed guests only at the property. $65 per stay whichever is greater.
Wash Dishes/Put Garbage in Receptacles. $30 early check in / late check out fee.
