This is a lovely little two bedroom home with everything you need. Easy access to Jacksonville. Plenty of parking. It is very clean, nice new furnishings etc. Highest pet fee we ever paid. The back yard is fenced but there is an 8" gap along the bottom of the fence so small dogs can pop right out and critters can pop in. Nice neighborhood to walk in with a park nearby.

I stayed here for about 2 months for a summer internship. I really enjoyed the property and host! If we had any questions, the host would communicate very quickly. The area around the property felt safe, and it was a nice location near about 5 minutes away from lots of shops and restaurants.

Smaller two bedroom, one bath home, quaint and clean. Comfortable beds, large TVs, nice back yard and a large parking area in front. A functional kitchen with washer and dryer. Reasonably priced and super close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville at this clean and comfortable home. It was conveniently located to a wonderful restaurant and micro brewery. We went to St Augustine and it was an easy drive. This was a quality stay for a great price.

Cute home. Bed was comfortable. Very clean and equipped. The area is very quiet. However, it is quite a distance to the beach area. When booking properties I look at outdoor space. I found the backyard to be rather creepy. It definitely needs some type of lighting and freshening up. But, the front porch was very cozy.The house is small but was perfect for just my husband and me. There were no luggage racks but we were able to put our suitcases on the second bed, in the second bedroom. Also lacking were clocks in the bedroom. Luckily I had one. Another downfall was that the thermostat was locked. We were not able to adjust the temperature. When we visited it rained every day and was chilli. I would have liked to turn up/off the air conditioning but was not able too. I also found it offensive that there was an envelop to leave a tip for the house cleaner. I understand, but when booking with VRBO there is a cleaning fee attached. With all of the traveling that I have done, and VRBOs that I have booked through, I have never seen this practice. Overall, a nice house.

Ample parking at the main door. A large, private backyard. All the furniture looked great, and the whole decor had a really cool vibe. I really love the red leather couch in front of the enormous television. Everything was very clean. Some extras such as air freshener in the bathroom was a nice addition. Prompt communication with the owner. This is a property where I would stay again when I return to Jacksonville.

Very cute, clean and inviting home. Plenty of parking. Has everything you need. Host was very prompt answering all of my questions. Wish the home had a little more additional storage for clothes such as drawers in each bedroom but overall I have no complaints.

I felt safe being in a neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. Close to events and shopping. Perfect size for two friends traveling for a few days. There are security cameras and I noticed neighbors with security cameras. Would definitely book this property again. Very cute and cozy home. Has fenced backyard. Felt safe in neighborhood. Host quick to respond to questions and has a list of nearby hospital and emergency if needed.
