This former "Tea House" (aka Speakeasy) is an easy walk to Pleasantville's renowned restaurants, award-winning farmer's market, popular yoga studio Sweat NYC, train to NYC, and Indie-film's at Jacob Burns Film Center. A short walk to Graham Hills Park (18 miles of mountain biking and hiking trails), 1 mile from Rockefeller State Park (1,775 acres with wide, gravel hiking and horseback trails), 2 miles to Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, and 50 minutes by train to Grand Central Station. Chef's kitchen, with double oven, 6-burner stove with griddle, wood-burning fireplace, mature plantings, dreamy covered porch, and upper sun deck.
