2 Bedroom cottage in the lovely village of Ruswarp walking distance to Whitby
Grade II listed cottage at 3a High Street in the lovely Ruswarp Village. 2 Bedrooms, sleeps 4. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Dogs welcome but please don’t allow on the beds or furniture. Private Enclosed Rear Garden. Full gas fired central heating, Electric coal effect fire. Electric cooker & hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, colour flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD/CD player, TV with Freeview in both bedrooms. Travel cot available but please provide your own bedding. Bed linen inc in rent. Hand towels and Tea towels provided but please bring your own bath towels. Steps to the garden so not really suitable for the disabled.Enclosed rear garden area with patio, garden furniture & BBQ. On street unallocated parking. UPDATE WE NOW HAVE FREE WIFI! Please note we are on the main road through Ruswarp so some road noise should be expected at busy periods. Regular convenient bus service to Whitby, Goathland (Heartbeat 'Aidensfield') etc. Well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. There are 2 shops, a General Store and Butchers shop which sells a wide selection of meat (cooked and uncooked), cheeses, bread, pies, cakes & hot sandwiches and has a lovely deli counter, both a short stroll away. The local pub is just down the road. The NYM steam trains, run passed the village station, excellent! Ruswarp also has a kids indoor play centre - Little Monsterz,.Ice Cream, Food, Soft drinks, Tea, Coffee, Animals, etc. The neighbouring village of Sleights has a Spar shop which is open from 7am-10pm every day. Sleights is just over the bridge and just up the road is the Spar on the left hand side. Note: This owner collects a £50 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond. CANCELLATION POLICY - All bookings cancelled before balance paid - £50 breakage deposit retained. All bookings cancelled after balance paid - £50 breakage deposit retained and part, if not all, of balance subject to circumstances and notice of cancellation. CHECK IN IS 3.30pm CHECK OUT 10am

We are unsure what you mean by 'updating'?
Eskmoor cottage is a Grade 2 listed building with many original features, most visitors think this is a plus point of the property and say it is excellent value for money, we haven't had any complaints about this before and have been renting the property out for over 14 years now with quite a number of repeat bookings.
