Beach Ocean Front -Heated Pool

If you want the Ocean and Beach with pool and direct view of the OCEAN from 3rd floor ....just fabulous location. our favorite rental condo. Hundreds of guests over the past 35 years I have owned. all 5 star ratings, except one or two.
there have been anniversary celebrations and a few engagements.

Kitchen and bathroom and bedroom newly remodeled

I will need your mailing address so I can send digital codes, maps and free parking pass.

Heated pool for the winter season.

Awesome getaway spot!

Everything was great and condo was very clean. Balcony view was amazing, it was the perfect spot for my husband and I to spend our getaway

Great vacation

We were very impressed with the process from the very beginning. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The Villa was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. We are recommending to our family and friends and will definitely be back.

I live here at Hilton Head Island as well as this condo which is 10 miles away, I am available or a maintenance person is available as needed. I have been the host for 30+ years for hundreds and hundreds of delightful guests

Why they chose this property

the condo is on South Forest Beach about 3 blocks from the famous Coligny Circle shops and restaurants.....and bike rentals

What makes this property unique

3rd of 4 floors is perfect.....1st and 2nd floors are too low to enjoy the ocean, 4th floor gets too hot from the roof. all the condos I have purchased have been on the 3rd floor YES there is an elevator and luggage carts, please do not take carts into the condo as it scratches the walls.
