The room was clean, had everything we needed, check in and out was excellent, and communication with the host was easy and fast. There was an issue with the bed frame that wouldn’t have impacted us at all but even so, the host corrected it quickly. Excellent experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, had everything we needed and was a great experience. Thank you
Here to visit daughter finishing up graduate school at UCSD and see Padres games. Accommodations were contemporary, clean and A/C cool. Convenient location to pivot to various parts of La Jolla and San Diego County.
Our stay was wonderful—very clean, cozy, and overall a great experience. We visited during a particularly warm weekend (mid-80s), so the room did feel a little warm and humid at times when we returned. The ceilings are on the lower side, and since my husband is tall, we had to be mindful about raising our arms near the ceiling fan to avoid bumping into the blades. An AC unit could be a great future addition for both comfort and safety. We also felt the bed frame might benefit from being a bit sturdier, as the mattress had a slight dip in the middle, while the futon was surprisingly very comfortable. A small update there could make the space even better. Overall, everything was so thoughtfully maintained and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the care put into the space.

The bed was positioned in front of the door. It blocked the door and was responsible for bruised shins.
There was a pair of used panties in a drawer in the bathroom. A pill was found in the carpet and a contact lens found on the floor.
A hair dryer was not there but was supplied promptly the same day.
The next door family had a child that started screaming every morning @ 7:00am. On Thursday, the cleaning person upstairs ran a vacuum over hardwood floors at 8:00 am.
After being in the NICU at the hospital until after midnight this was irritating.
While I expected normal noise in a house, this seemed excessive as it was daily.
There were several appliances available to use, however there weren’t any directions on how to use them. The ceiling fan was great but again, no directions.
