This was a really nice, cozy cabin. It’s either a newer build or newly remodeled and was very nice! It’s super close to two trolley stops. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked this just two weeks ago. There wasn’t a lot of availability so we were excited to get this one. They appear to be new builds or newly remodeled. VERY nice inside. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy a snowed in weekend together. However, after the first night of nearly freezing we called it off and headed home. The places heater wouldn’t keep the tiny room above 50 degrees, the wood burning fireplace put off so much smoke we couldn’t use it to get warm. We brought steaks for dinner but nothing to cook with or on, only a microwave and toaster. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this was by far the worst experience. These places definitely should not be rented during the winter months.

Daniel is banned from all of our properties in Eureka Springs, definitely a do not rent. He left the cottage the night before checkout with door wide open in severe freezing temps and with the AC on! They puked all over a pillow ruining it and linens. I don’t know if they were too drunk to realize the thermostat remote says HEAT on the heat option and COOL on the cool option, so simple. Fortunately water lines were not frozen when we discovered the next morning. He obviously did not read the description or look at pics either , it has a kitchenette, no stove advertised, it’s very clear.

The only complaint I have was trying to contact the host. Also the check in was difficult because the pin I had was not working. Other than that I enjoyed the place. Close to everything I needed to do.

The lock pin worked fine at check in, check in was at 4. The guest wanted an early check in , we were very busy getting units ready and we were not able to accommodate. The lock history showed he tried multiple times to gain access about an hour before check in.
