Enjoy the finest of furnishings and amenities, including two jetted hot tubs for ultimate relaxation. Get a taste of the high life and book your stay in this truly magnificent destination!

Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Historical Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, and get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

This place was wonderful and I will be staying again! Parking was convenient, atmosphere was fun, amenities were well done, condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The only critique I had was that there were multiple red wasps in the condo that we had to deal with, but that comes with living in NWA.

Aspen communicated with us the entire visit making sure everything was okay, that we didn’t need anything. Check in went smoothly. Unit was beautiful, clean, convenient for parking and walking everywhere. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Bath had plenty of towels and supplies. Unit was quiet while we during our stay. Restaurant suggestions were helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. As for Eureka Springs, keep in mind the town closes early with some shops not open until later in the week. We did see the Passion Play which was amazing, highly recommend. Would have done the Lynn and Twitty show at The Auditorium had we had more time and the opera at Opera in the Ozarks if we didn’t have an early morning the next day. Day trips to Crystal Bridges in Bentonville and Top of the Rock in Ridgedale are both worth the visits.
