I am not one to leave a review unless necessary, but the property was not up to standards of the price point. The property is in need of some TLC, namely the carpet and cabinets. There was sauce splattered in the kitchen upon arrival, the ice maker did not work, bedding had stains, and carpet needs to be replaced. Check in process was disappointing. We arrived an hour early, the cleaning crew was finished and departed from the property. The management company would not allow one hour early access to the property. It was very frustrating. The beach was amazing and the walk to beach access is not bad. For the price of this condo we were disappointed and would not rent again.
