The VRBO was in a great location, right between the University gateway and the short north so it’s the best of both worlds! We walked everywhere. The Kroger up the street was a great perk too. The place itself was nice. Parking was a bit tight behind the unit especially if both renters have larger cars but there is parking nearby. It’s great for a football weekend or if you need a place near the hospital.

The stay was frustrating at times. The key pad did not work. Had to use a lock box each time we came and left. This was challenging especially in the dark. The stair railing was broken which could have been problematic especially because the stairs going up to the unit were steep, the knob to the larger bedroom kept falling off, the bed made noise anytime you moved, the shower door did not seal/shut, the couch in the living room had a broken leg, and the internet was non existent. We told the owner many times and no solution was provided. The television also did not work due to no internet. The location was perfect near many restaurants and walking distance to campus.
