The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. We stayed one night for a wedding in German Village, so it was very close and we Ubered to and from the venue. It was perfect for our stay. House does have central air and the downstairs was comfortable, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. One bedroom did have a window unit, but no ceiling fan. (It did have a portable fan). The other bedroom had a ceiling fan but no window unit. I would still recommend this house to other family members as it was perfect for the four of us.
