Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place front door key(s) garage door opener on kitchen counter when exiting. Kindly notify landlord upon exiting the property. Ensure garage door is also closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA Application must be submitted and approved by HOA Board, $100 per married couple fee paid directly to HOA. Landlord will supply all HOA forms.
No overnight parking on street and other HOA rules will be supplied by Landlord and tenant must abide by all Lighthouse Bay 5 Condo Association rules.
Fee may be applied for use of Pickleball courts. Subject to HOA rules.
