This recently built property will have you in awe of the lofted timber ceiling, abundant natural lighting, and an expansive deck, with a view to match.
The entire upper level is spacious and well appointed, and includes a family/sitting room with fireplace, equipped with a LG 4k 77” TV, Apple TV, and Sonos sound bar. Also featured, is a separate powder room, dining room, and a gourmet-style kitchen island that leads to the private Trex deck. Relax and lounge, while you take in nature’s beauty of chirping birds, swaying trees, and mountain views.
Oversized windows are featured throughout, that give a magical treehouse feel, and a peaceful scenery of Middle Peak and Cuyamaca Peak (6,515’).
The lower level offers a master suite with a King size bed and 65” LG 4k TV (and Apple TV), a guest bedroom/also furnished with a King size bed, (each room includes a private bath). After a restful sleep, wake up to serenity, and easy access to french doors that lead to an outdoor-covered fitness space. At your convenience is a water rower M1 HiRise, a squat cage, dip and pull-up bars, and a full set of Agile Fit dumbbells 5-85 lbs and over 400lbs of plates!
