Great location!

The apartment had a great location close to what felt like a private beach and walkable to grocery store, restaurants, and an easy taxi to old San Juan. Clean and full kitchen was nice!

We were actually moved to another house location in Old San Juan by the host and it ended up being the most perfect location for our stay. It was steps to anything and everything we were looking for - night life, local shopping, grocery stores, and a quick drive to our favorite beach in Isla Verde. The house was also in a perfect location to have a quiet night in or experience the livelihood of the city. The host was super accommodating and quickly communicated with us about our transfer. We felt very safe and are looking forward to staying here again!

While the location was ideal, the apartment did not have power and we ended up having to leave the apartment mid stay since I have condition that requires air conditioning. While the host said they were going to refund us, we have not received any money back. While I understand that Puerto Rico has an electrical grid problem, all of the places surrounding us had generators. Evidently the first day was a planned outage, which we were not told about and we lost all of our food in the refrigerator. After throwing all of that food away we purchased new food just to have the power go out the second time and never came back on so we lost the food in the refrigerator again. The pictures are not accurate to the way the apartment looks.
