5 Stars – Perfect Location & Amazing HostThis place was exactly as advertised — literally a 5-minute walk to the beach, right to the chair and umbrella rentals. You truly can’t beat the location. It’s also within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store, which made everything incredibly convenient.The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were a great surprise — air fryer, mini fridge, cooler, beach towels, and even sunscreen available to use. Thoughtful touches like that really stand out.The best meal we had was down the beach at Oceano — hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.Most importantly, the owner was very kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. It couldn’t have been better.Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is located in an area that is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants that are walkable. The building itself does not look like there are apartments there. Once in the building, I felt fairly safe as the doors locked. The property was decently clean, but the communication with the host was absolutely terrible. The key was not located in the lockbox upon my arrival and I was unable to access the property and it was raining. The host did not call me back. He did end up sending the Cleaning person who was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend but I wouldn’t not recommend.
