Why Jason YANG chose Downtown Beijing
The area is very near the place where mom grew up. Mom was born at this area. Mom went to college at Tianjin, met Dad and I was born at Tianjin. I am working at Beijing and chose to buy the apartment because Mom is very familar with this area.
What makes this Apartment unique
Chongwenmen and dong dan as well as wangfujing are the most modern and flourishing place at beijing in the past. The Methodist Episcopal Church estabed PEKING ACADEMY at beijing in 1871. The PEKING ACADEMY now became a high school which owned by beijing government. The apartment is next to PEKING ACADEMY.
