This Colonial Hacienda style home has been upgraded and renovated to give a welcoming Colorado charm. It is located in Old Colorado City within Colorado Springs. It has everything you can ask for, including easy access to major highways, downtown (2miles), and national parks such as, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many more landmarks. If you’re not into wildlife, we are also located within (2miles) from historical Patty Jewett golf course. If you have any question please do not hesitate to contact us.

This house is super cute and close to all the fun attractions in Colorado Springs. The hot tub was relaxing. The complementary snacks, water, and coffee were a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again.

House was pristine when we arrived and the snack basket was a very nice touch. We enjoyed the selection of coffee and generally enjoyed our time there. We appreciated the location as it was close to CC which was where we were spending a lot of our time. We would definitely recommend this house to others and would come back again ourselves.

Beautiful, pristine home! We felt so welcome!Alfred is a great host, providing every comfort. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the old fashioned coke machine for cold water bottles and had fun playing Foosball in the game room.

We loved this house!

This house was perfect for us! It’s been beautifully done, quiet neighborhood, adults and children both loved it. Host was great to communicate with, house was very clean and well stocked. The queen bed was very comfortable, other couple said the king bed was nice but a little firm for them, the kids said the trundle bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend and rent again!
