Property was modern and well laid out--very clean and exactly like the pictures. The location is great for being both close to downtown and also the Broadmoor, Manitou Spgs and Garden of the Gods.

The property is conveniently located near highway, and with easy walking distance to local retail shops. The host responded immediately to any questions in regards to the rental property. The garage feature was an extra bonus. The property is clean, organized , and very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful modern home. It was very nice and loved having garage space to park our vehicles. It was close to restaurants and easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc. Not much of a view but it was very clean and stocked very well with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom, Thank you for sharing. This was the perfect spot for our Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs family vacation! Super easy access to all the wonderful attractions in the area! Walkable to grocery stores, sandwich shops, etc as well. The hosts, property, and location were all top notch! We loved enjoying our morning coffee from the deck and it was the ideal spot to return to and relax after a long day of exploring. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, very spacious. Loved the decor, style, and art throughout the house. Location was very convenient and the view of Pike's Peak was breathtaking. Host was extremely responsive. Garage parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for a long weekend. We really enjoyed the balcony area which had a nice view. The Ivywild school food court was a great dining option with a large outdoor space for our little ones…a short five minute walk. Cheyenne zoo was a bonus.

Me and my group had an amazing stay here at this location. The house was very spacious and clean. There were ample kitchen supplies and good body wash in every shower. Any questions we had, the host got back to us very quickly and was always available. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Erik was a wonderful host. He was helpful throughout our stay and was very accommodating. The home was just what we needed for 6 people and a baby. It is walking distance from several new stores and a quaint school that has been converted into a nostalgic food court. The home was a short drive from several great hikes like Garden of the Gods, Red Rock Canyon open space, and the Manitou incline. Also very close to downtown attractions and the Olympic and Paralympic Museum. We had a great stay. Thanks again Erik!

Family Getaway

Eric was an incredible host and very responsive! This house is located in a central location and it was within 5 miles of everything we wanted to do. Eric even gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. We will be staying here again!
