The condo was beautiful and the property has amazing amenities. Only issue we had was with security and parking. They gave us parking passes for the wrong condo and came by and booted one of our vehicles parked in the correct spot. Security was not easy to work with to get the boot removed. Check your parking passes to make sure they issue you the right one.

This was not our first time at the Caribe. We have visited at least 3 other times. We love the amenities and the facility has enough space for the whole family. The kitchen was stocked beautifully. We were there from 9/3 to 9/7/26. We called 2 days ahead to get an early check in, which was not available to to the condo not "being ready". Angel at Liquid life emailed me the address to pick up the packet, with the keys and parking pass. (which this time was limited to 1 pass. (We've always gotten 2) The email address we received brought us to the wrong location, which we drove around in the Rrouse's parking lot and wasted 45 minutes. At this time, after being quite upset, someone got on the phone to help get us to the lock box location who was not very pleasant, which neither one of us was at this point!! After finally finding the, I was given the lock box number and code, which did NOT work. thank God for William, who was in the housekeeping building behind the lock boxes. He verified there was no packet, called Luid Life and told them what happened. We were then instructed that we'd have to go to "The Wharf" the new location of Liquid Life to get the keys and passes, which we passed on our drive in from Mississippi. After complaining, a very nice gentlemen brough the keys and parking pass along with Walmart gift card for the inconvenience. At this time it was after 4 pm. On Friday, 0/4, I put in a call - we were having problems with a running toilet and a squea

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that we needed to prepare meals. The property itself provided many activities for all ages. We had a wonderful time.

Great and spacious condo…lots of room! Views to pool are great as well…Ice maker was broken but they said they had to replace so couldn’t be fixed. It really needs a spice cabinet for the necessities such as salt and pepper etc but that’s not the end of the world. Not a good selection of steak knives or scissors either, but over all, we had a good time!
