It is a friendly, quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from downtown and 4 blocks from the local walking park.
What makes this property unique
The room is within a 130 year old house located two blocks from downtown Statesville. The property itself is a lovely place to hang out. There is a pond and fire pit on the property as well for guests to enjoy
