The owners are pro's and they set everything up for a very easy stay with simple and beautiful accommodations. Lake Norman is a special and unique place to visit and being able to do it from this space, with a dock and beach right on the lake, made for a great experience for me and my dad.

Sunset serenity is the perfect name for this property and is a great location. We spent a long July 4th weekend enjoying the lake views, including fireworks. Bill and his wife were gracious hosts, and anything needed was promptly provided. The property was very clean and well stocked. We took advantage of the kayaks as well! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous view! Wonderfly private backyard area. Beautiful landscape with lights at night. Had a ball kayaking. Owner was friendly and responded to all questions. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic place for a short stay! The dock, the lake views, the outdoor spaces are unmatched. The room and bathroom are perfect and the living area very comfortable. It has a “kitchenette”, so don’t expect to cook full meals. You can toast bread and warm/heat foods. The drip coffee maker is a great plus.
