Overall had a good stay at the apartment which was well equipped with latest appliances. Convenient location with easy access to metro as well as parks around. Only downside were the thin curtains in all rooms - bright light would come in very early in the morning (5:30-6am) forcing you to wake up

Fantastic apartment for a stay in NYC - beautiful decor, spacious and in a brilliant area. Local shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk, as is the subway. Hosts were responsive and super helpful. Made our trip from England all the more special.

When we arrived at our check-in time just before 4 o’clock, the property had yet to be cleaned from its previous occupants. We were let in at the same time as the cleaning people. Apparently the previous occupant had failed to leave a key and the host/manager had no way to get in. We had to wait in the living room while they called a locksmith and then let the cleaning people clean the apartment. When we left for dinner at 7 o’clock, they were still there. The AC unit in the front bedroom froze up and stripped water and spit ice during the time we were there. We eventually had to just turn it off because it made such a loud noise all night long. The day we left I reached out to the owner/host indicating that I thought we were entitled to a small refund because we didn’t have full access to the property at 4 as promised. They told me for more than a week that they would get back to me. It’s now been 10 days and I’ve gotten no meaningful response about a refund, except to continue to say we’ll get back to you. It shouldn’t take that long. Either you think we’re entitled to a refund because we didn’t have access to the property beginning at four as we contracted to or you don’t. It’s that simple.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance; coffee shops, restaurants, markets and of course beautiful parks. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
