About the host
Hosted by Jamie Nason
I was born and raised on the shores of Sebec Lake, and this area has always felt like home to me. Growing up here gave me a deep appreciation for the lake, the seasons, and the quiet moments that make this place so special.
Today, I live in Southern Maine with my wife and our two boys. We spend much of our time around sports and coaching, and being a host allows me to share a place that has meant so much to my family over the years. I take pride in offering guests a comfortable, well-cared-for home and helping them experience Sebec Lake the way a local does—relaxed, authentic, and memorable.

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood for its privacy, natural beauty, and direct access to Sebec Lake. It offers the kind of quiet, uncrowded lake setting that’s hard to find, while still being ideal for year-round recreation and time outdoors. It’s a place where guests can truly slow down, unplug, and enjoy the lake without the distractions of busier areas.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is the long, winding path that leads down to the water, offering a peaceful transition from the wooded setting to the lakefront. It creates a sense of privacy and tranquility you don’t often find—where the journey to the shoreline is just as memorable as the time spent on the lake itself.
