It’s also great to know the bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for your group. Regarding the temperature, this is the first time we’ve received feedback about it being difficult to manage across the different levels, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. With a three-level home, temperature differences between floors can sometimes occur, especially with changing weather. We’re sorry to hear that the housekeeping did not meet your expectations. We’re always looking to improve, and we'd love to better understand what you specifically experienced. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any concerns during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to send our housekeeper to address the issue promptly.
